TG-307 Root Vegetable Washing Line

Application:

This machine is primarily designed to wash and clean various root vegetables. It operates on an assembly line to improve efficiency and can wash produce either whole or after cutting.

Features:

1. The machine uses a conveyor belt to transport produce throughout the entire process. Through the combined action of powerful water jets and bubbles bursting in the water, it quickly rinses the produce without damaging it, achieving a thorough clean.

2. An external water circulation system rapidly filters out and discharges sand, mud, small insects, and debris (equipped with a debris removal device). Clean produce is then conveyed by the belt to the next stage of the washing machine for a secondary wash; multiple units can be connected as needed.

3. The entire machine is constructed of 304 stainless steel and features a high-flow stainless steel water pump, ensuring an attractive, durable design and easy operation.
